Education: B. Tech from tier 3 clg

Current Salary : 21 CTC (18L+3L)

Before interview i mentioned 28L as expected fixed salaray, after interview I thought of asking 35L so that it can come down to atleast 32L , but to my surprise they offered more

Stock bonus: NA
Bonus: performance bonus 0-5%
Total comp (Salary + Bonus): ~40L

Target : FAANG in next 3 years with good work life balance and work on large scale systems
