I have 5 years of experience and current comp is around 58 LPA and got offers from Microsoft and eBay, here are the comp details.

Microsoft -

Role - Software engineer 2 (L62)

Base : 38 LPA
Stocks : 100k USD for 4 years
Perf Bonus : ~ 4 Lacs (10-20%)
Joining Bonus : 5 + 5 (1st and 2nd year)
Relocation : 3.5

TC for 1st and 2nd year - 75 and 72 LPA
Org : WINDOWS

eBay -

Role - MTS 1 (>SE3 in eBay)

Base : 50 LPA
Stocks : 58k USD for 4 years
Perf Bonus : ~ 5 Lacs (10%)
Joining Bonus : 3 Lacs (1st year only)
PF above base : ~2.5 lacs

TC for 1st and 2nd year - 74 and 71 lacs
Org : Kind of platform

Need suggestions Which one to join, i am sooo confused. Learning wise, i know eBay could be better but it's always good to have companies like Google, Microsoft etc in resume.

Also, enyone in eBay, as it just started in India last yeat so if you can tell about work culture and quality, people, management, WFH ease and RSUs refreshers during hike cycles, it would be your great help. Thanks in advance !
