I recently received an offer from Adobe for the role of MTS-2 at the Noida location. I have close to 3 YOE and graduated from a Tier-2 college, CSE branch. I’m currently working as an SDE-1 at a top fintech PBC in Bangalore.

Adobe Offer Details
Salary ₹26 LPA(Including Pf)
Stocks / RSUs $60K USD
Joining Bonus ₹2 LPA
Relocation Bonus ₹3 LPA
Annual Bonus 10%
Total CTC for first year ~42 LPA
Location Noida

Current Compensation
Base Salary ₹20 LPA
Stocks ₹3 LPA per annum
Annual Bonus 10%
Location Bangalore

The main thing I’m evaluating is the move from Bangalore to Noida, along with growth, team culture, and work-life balance at Adobe Noida.

Would appreciate inputs on:

Is this a good offer for Adobe MTS-2 Noida with close to 3 YOE?
How is the growth and WLB at Adobe Noida?
Is moving from Bangalore to Noida worth it for this offer?
