I’m a 2026 grad from a Tier-2 college and currently have these offers:
IBM ASE – 4.75 LPA
LTIMindtree GET – 4.05 LPA
TCS Digital (SE) – 7.09 LPA
I’ve already decided to reject LTIMindtree, but I’m genuinely confused between IBM and TCS Digital.
My Thoughts So Far
- IBM has a stronger global brand and sounds better on resume initially.
- TCS Digital is offering significantly higher compensation.
- There’s also a possibility of getting upgraded to TCS Prime later, which could take compensation to around 9 LPA.
Goal
I don’t want to stay in service companies forever.
My target is to move into top product-based/S-tier companies within the next 2 years.
Need Advice:
- Which company offers better learning and growth for freshers?
- Which role helps more in switching to product-based companies later?
- Does IBM’s brand outweigh TCS Digital’s higher compensation?
