Can someone please guide me on this?

I have received an opportunity to work with Amazon as an SDE 2, but the role would be on a contract basis through a consulting company, not directly on Amazon’s payroll.

They are offering around 22 LPA, and I currently have 2.9 years of experience.

I would really appreciate your suggestions on whether it would be a good decision to accept this opportunity, and what important points I should consider before joining a contract role like this.
