I’m currently working as a Software Engineer-2 (Around 3 years of experience) at a large MNC and planning to switch companies in the coming months.

My Leetcode stats:-

After spending considerable time preparing for interviews, I realized something important:

Most people spend months solving DSA problems, reading LLD/HLD concepts, and watching interview videos — but still struggle during the actual interview because they never simulate the real pressure, communication, and thinking process required in a live interview setting.

That’s exactly why I’m creating a focused Mock Interview Group.

This is NOT another regular “let’s do Leetcode together” or casual peer programming group.

The primary focus here will be:

• Conducting serious mock interviews
• Practicing under interview-like pressure
• Improving communication and problem-solving articulation
• Identifying blind spots before actual interviews
• Building confidence through repetition and feedback

What we’ll cover (My main focus on the communication part which most people ignore):

• DSA Mock Interviews
• LLD/HLD Mock Discussions
• Peer Feedback Sessions

The goal is to create a small group of serious and consistent people (Maybe 2-4 Max) having similar experience as mine who genuinely want to improve and help each other grow professionally.
