Hi Guys,

I recently got into the process of McAfee for the position of Cloud Developement Engineer AI/ML.

I have cleared Round 1 of interview and have a week of time to prepare for the Round 2.

Round 1: Interviewer asked me 2 Coding questions. 1st was based on Binary search, 2nd was on sliding window. Both was having midium level of difficulty.
He further asked me about the LLD of Snack and Ladder.
And some basic questions on LLMs GenAI and RAG systems.

I want to prepare for the next set of interviewes, HR asked it would be a bit harder than the previous interview.

Can someone share their experience with McAfee as I'm not getting interview experiences for this company?

Round 2: Interviewer were nice as always, he joined a bit late seems like was there in something critical things. First I was thinking it will be pure DSA but it turned out to be more on discussion on projects and work, as the interviewer was quite Senior ( YOE: ~ 12 - 15 years).

Interview starts with the introduction of himself first and then mine.
He was intreseted in my projects as I have couple of good projects in my resume on distributed systems and other components. Around Half an hour we have spent over the project discussion.

DSA with LLD: Design a scalable priority queue without using any library. Started with two P1 and P2 priority and discussed the approach

-How can you make it scalable?
-What about concurrency?
-Do you see any impact wrt scalability?
