I recently interviewed at AMEX and my 4 rounds are done including HM round. HR told me that all the rounds feedback are positive. But they are still deciding to make an offer. HR has forwarded my profile to her manager dor review. I just wanted to know is there rejection possibility . also what should be compensation range for Engineer 2, 2 yrs exp ( service based) current ctc - 10 lpa has offer for 18.
