2. DSA + SQL

   • Design patterns (heavy focus on creational patterns)
   • SQL query optimization (removing subqueries, using joins)
   • DSA: Variation of Frog Jump II

3. HM Round

   • Past work experience discussion
   • Deep dive into complex problems handled at work
   • Focus on ownership and decision-making

4. HR Round

   • Behavioral questions
   • Offer discussion and negotiation

Had prepared for frontend topics as well (since the role was Fullstack), but no frontend questions were asked. The process was heavily focused on backend (Java, design, SQL).

Current compensation: 8 LPA fixed + 4 variable
