Hello everyone,

I recently had a BarRaiser interview with Kotak Mahindra Bank for an SDE 2 (Backend Java) role.

During my initial discussion with the recruiter, I was informed that the process would include 3–4 interview rounds. I had a couple of questions and would appreciate insights from anyone who has gone through this process:

1. Is it necessary to clear each round in order to move on to the next one?
2. If so, is it possible to get rejected during the BarRaiser round itself and not proceed further?

Would love to hear about your experiences with Kotak’s interview process.
