I gave 4 interview rounds for a Kotak SDE2 role within an interval of 1–2 weeks.

Right after the 4th round, HR told me that the feedback was positive, but detailed feedback from the interviewer was still pending.

After around 12–15 days, the interviewer finally submitted the feedback. Post that, HR informed me that my profile had been forwarded to the HR head for further processing.

However, it’s now been more than 10–12 days since then, and there has been no communication.

I just wanted to know how much time it usually takes to get an offer in such cases. The offer hasn’t been discussed yet, but I’m honestly waiting for it.
