Phone screening - The recruiter grilled me on my projects, focusing more on impact, what my contributions were, how did we measure success, etc. It was very unexpected and exhausting. I personally haven't faced this type of grilling from a recruiter in any company I interviewed with.

HM round - Discussed past projects and some behavioral questions.

Got invited for the onsite in Embassy tech park, Bangalore.

Onsite 1 - You have a list of task which may or may not depend on another task, first problem was just to print the list of tasks in a specific format. The follow-up had to do something with DAGs (I don't exactly remember).

Got all positive feedback and the recruiter rolled out the offer - 64L Base + 12.5% variable of base + 5L joining bonus + 8L ESOPs
