Recruiter told me feedback for R1 and R2 were strong and for R3 it's neutral. Recruiter decided to move forward.

Verdict

February 2026
Recruiter told me Hiring managers were not showing interest for my profile and so will be closing the loop and not moving forward. Sent multiple followup mails for waiting 2 more months to increase chance, but no reply from recruiter. Application moved to Not proceeding in the jobs portal, but didn't get the rejection mail.

Never seen such a scenario before in leetcode discussion.
