Timeline: Cleared all onsites & behavioral in May 2025.
Updates: Only one team match call in October 2025.
My recruiter consistently says there are "no updates." I am now entering the 12th month, which means my packet is probably going to expire in a few weeks.
To be honest, I feel incredibly demoralized. It's exhausting to have prepared so hard, cleared the bar, and stayed hopeful for a year, just to end up with nothing.
Has anyone else experienced this timeline recently?

Any advice, similar experiences, or motivation would be deeply appreciated.
Update June 2026: My packet has expired, and it feels so bad.
