I have completed all 4 rounds of interview at Microsoft last week for a SDE-2 role. On the same day of AA interview, received a call from the HR that feedback is positive and they will rollout an offer and also submitted the requested docs that night.

It has been 8 days since doc submission and didn't hear back from the HR, I did send a follow-up email 2 days back but no reply.

Does Microsoft recruiters take this much time for verbal discussion/ offer rollout?
