hi, hey to everybody who's reading.

I recently gave LinkedIn interviews, & damn it's tiring. It was my 2nd time interviewing for LinkedIn after 6 months of cool down period.

Now why I am writing this post ?
I am pretty unsure of what they are looking in a candidate.

So this time my interviews went really well.
TPS: Cleared, strong hire
coding both rounds : I did all questions ( 2Qs in each round )
System design : it was HLD, clearly explained func. & non func. req., deep dived into every concept of how & why..
HM round: went awesome honestly, he didn't ask much follow ups but the feedback I received? could have explained more about database models, honestly I asked him if he had more questions or should i go in depth of any concept, but nothing..
tech comm. - had good discussion, gave answers to almost every followup.

Now result - I am rejected yet again, back to square one, the rejection just doesn't make sense, considering I have 3.5 YOE and what I showcased in interviews I was hoping I would make it.
I am seriously questioning how are they making such decisions ?
Do they even want to hire ? or I am the wrong one.
honestly it breaks you up when you show up again with more practice and patience, and the result is not in your favor.

Idk, LinkedIn literally killed my motivation today, I don't know how I will feel tomorrow.

oh okay wrote a lot, bye bye, who all are in interviewing phase, good luck!
It's hard but hardwork + luck (I now believe in this) will definitely make us succeed one day. I mean I hope so.
