I recently went through the Juspay Product Solution Engineer interview process and here is my experience.

Round 1: Online Assessment (OA)

The OA consisted of a mix of:

MCQs
Core CS concepts
DBMS basics
SQL Query
and two dsa questions to solve

Cleared ✅

Round 2: Hackathon Round (Log Analysis)

This round was quite unique.

You are given a log file
Followed by MCQ-based questions based on that log
Questions test:

Understanding real-world system logs

After completing the MCQs:

You connect with the interviewer
Discussion happens around:
Your approach to analyzing logs

Cleared ✅

Round 3: Technical Interview

This round started with:

• Hackathon Discussion
• Deep dive into your thought process
• Why you chose certain answers
• After that 2 DSA Question followed by sql queries and experience

Cleared ✅

Round 4: Hiring Manager Round

• Experience & Projects
  Detailed discussion of your work
• Lot with sql queries(IDK why he was interested in sql that much)
• 2 DSA Queries

Cleared ✅
