I had a Microsoft SWE 2 interview scheduled, but the recruiter canceled it due to “unforeseen business conflicts.” They didn’t mention any new dates yet.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any insight into what’s going on internally or whether Microsoft usually continues the interview process after a cancellation like this? I’m trying to gauge if I should wait or move on.
Would love to hear your experiences or advice on how to follow up without seeming pushy.
