I have recieved the following offer from Microsoft at L63 :

Base - 54L
PF - 0-30% (15% average) - 8.1L
JB - 10L(1st year) + 6.2L(2nd year)
Stocks - 130k USD

1st Year - 1.03Cr
2nd Year - 98.33L

I am Eligible for Relocation also.

YOE : 8 yrs

Questions :

1. I am currently in Salesforce at SMTS with ~95LPA for 1st year and ~85LPA as 2nd year. But i have joined few months back itself, so does this make sense?

2. How much Relocation Bonus can i expect?

3. What Stock price value is used for alloacting the above stocks?

Does this switch make sense as L63 is what i was targetting in the first place?
