I can't find an exact match on LeetCode for the third question. But it involved mutating a matrix via a list of commands. Commands, consisted of: swap rows, swap columns, reverse a row, reverse a column, rotate matrix 90 degrees. ChatGPT says that it is a combination of several questions:
