Hi everyone,

I currently hold SDE 2 offers from both Microsoft and Amazon, with the joining date for both roles on March 23rd. I'm trying to decide between the two and had a couple of questions.

If I accept an offer and later decide to decline it, would that cause any issues with future applications to that company?

In terms of compensation, both offers are quite similar (Around 62-63 lakhs). However, Microsoft has around ~₹10L less in fixed compensation, which they are compensating through stocks and a joining bonus.

I’d really appreciate any advice or insights from people who have faced a similar situation or have experience with these companies.

Also, once I join, I’ll make sure to share my interview experience and a detailed compensation breakdown to help others preparing for similar roles.
