   Fixed: 37LPA
   Position: Sr. SDE
   Perf Bonus: 3 lpa
   CTC: 40 lpa
   Location: Gurgaon(Hybrid)
   Relocation: 1.25lakh on top of CTC
   Benefits: Office cab + Free meal/snacks
   Perk which I liked: Australian project with 8:30am to 5:30pm work timings

3. Agoda
   Fixed: 180k THB(per month) = 2,160,000 THB (per year)
   Position: Sr. SDE
   Perf Bonus: 19% of fixed = 410,400 THB
   Joining bonus: 2month fixed pay = 360,000 THB
   Location: Bangkok
   CTC: 2,930,400 THB = ~84lakh in INR
   Benefits: 1 month free accomodation + Flight tickets + Visa & Work permit + other standard Agoda benefits.

FYI: I am married my wife has to leave 24Lpa job in India and find new job in thailand(apart from that this offer looks good)

4. MongoDb/Walmart are some companies that are pipeline which will give CTC in range of 55lpa to 60Lpa in Gurgaon
