I had my Microsoft interview today (Rounds 1 and Round 2). They had mentioned that this is an hiring event. The interviews went decent overall, and I am wondering what to expect next.

So I want to know from you guys -

• Has anyone else interviewed today who had more than 2 rounds?
• How long does it usually take to hear back after these rounds?
• How much chance do I have to schedule more rounds later if things go well?
• Is it better to wait for the recruiter’s update, or should I proactively reach out?
