I have an upcoming interview with Okta for a Senior Software Engineer role, and the recruiter mentioned the process will have 4 rounds:

1. Technical screening
2. DSA round
3. System design
4. Managerial round

I wanted to understand the actual interview experience from people who recently went through it.

Some questions I had:

• What kind of DSA difficulty level should I expect (LeetCode medium / hard)?
• What type of system design questions are usually asked?
• Is the technical screening more coding or conceptual discussion?
• What does the managerial round focus on (behavioral / leadership / past projects)?

Also, for context:
I currently have ~4.6 years of experience and a fixed CTC of 26.5 LPA.

What kind of compensation range should I expect or negotiate for at Okta for this role?

Any insights on the process, difficulty level, or compensation range would be really helpful.
