Happy to share that I recently accepted an offer and thought I’d post the compensation breakdown to help others who are preparing or negotiating.

Compensation Breakdown

Base: ₹43.5 LPA + ₹2.5 LPA (PF) = ₹46 LPA

Performance Bonus: ₹7.4 LPA (for meets expectations, can go up to 2×)

RSUs: $65K over 4 years (front-loaded)

~₹20.5L Year 1
~₹16.5L Year 2

Sign-on Bonus: ₹4.8L

Total Compensation
Year 1: ~₹78.7 LPA
Year 2: ~₹69.9 LPA

Benefits: Wellness allowance, Uber ride credits, phone reimbursement.
