Need advice on what to do to get an interview for SDE-2 @ any well-paying MNC or startup.

• Background - Backend + Android ~4 YOE @ Samsung R&D Nodia, no ratings, no promotion, toxic culture ...
• DSA - Intermediate, LLD/HLD - have knowledge but needs practice.
• Targetting SDE-2 or above specifically paying well 28-32+ CTC anually minimum.

- Have been applying consistently to jobs on linkedin, naukri & career portals, linkedin HR dms ...

1. Got referrals for a few roles @ Adobe, Microsoft, Akamai etc... - no reply till now. 
2. Gave OA for Amazon - cleared OA but ghosted.
3. Have been applying to Microsoft on a daily basis, got a referral too - but not received any call or OA link yet. 

• What do I do now ? Studying without getting any calls or OA feels like hell.
• Heard a lot of people are getting calls and even gotten offers from Microsoft, Amazon etc... cheating in the interview process.
• Any advice is appreciated.
