Spent 3 months grinding, cleared staff role at Agoda, Thailand with Visa support

Role: Staff Software Engineer
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Base: 220k THB per month = 2.64M THB
Bonus: 19% = 500k THB
SignonBonus = 1 month salary = 220k THB
No stocks

TC = 3.14M THB(not considering sign-on)
= 91 LPA (1THB = 2.91 INR )

Flat 15% tax for EXPAT
= (~75-76L post tax)

Considering the living cost of Bangkok (comparable to Bangalore, or more), does this make sense? (I will be moving with my partner)

I had asked for 3.5M THB, but they said this is out of staff level budget (and not negotiating any more)

P.S. - I have a competing offer from Uber for ~1 Cr in India.

Any suggestions or advice for negotiating with Agoda?
