I recently got a verball offer for Microsoft SDE2 L61 position Hyderabad location. Here are the CTC details:-

1. Total Comp - 42,27,500
2. Base - 29,00,000 (including employer PF)
3. Performance - 10% of base
4. Stocks - 50k USD for 4 years

Rest typical Microsoft benefits like Relocation, Cab service, etc.
I asked the recruiter if there is any room for negotiation she said no. I also asked for Joining Bonus, she said she'll look into it.

Education: Tier 2 NIT
Current Company: Adobe
YOE - 4.7

Current Comp:-

1. Base - 15,00,000.(excluding employer PF)
2. Bonus - 10% of base
3. Stocks - about 6.5 lacs worth every year

I know that I'm getting lowballed here but I can't say anything else as Its almost a 100% bump from my current base. How should I prcoeeed ? I expected atleast 30 base excluding PF.
