I have an offer from crowdstrike. However, I am quite skeptical whether to join or not. In particular, I am looking for the learning curve, quality of work, and little bit of work-life balance.

YOE: 5.6 years
Position Offered: SDE III
Base: 50 LPA
PF & Gratuity: 3.6 LPA
RSUs: 100k USD vested for 4 years
Performance bonus: 10% of base salary
Joining Bonus: NA

Note: Currently Crowdstrike doesn't have office in Bangalore so asked to do WFH for an year & then shift to hybrid model.

Current CTC: approx 50 LPA
