About Me

  • 6.5+ years of experience as a Software Developer
  • Primarily worked with frontend technologies, with limited backend exposure
  • Interviewed with ~40+ companies over the past several months for senior frontend/fullstack roles (India + global)

Result: Received offers from MakeMyTrip, Agoda (Bangkok), and Conxai.

Sharing my interview outcomes and experiences below in case it helps others preparing for similar roles.

Takeaways

  • In many India-based interview loops, interviews often felt focused on identifying gaps or failure points, though I also had several positive experiences.
  • In overseas interview processes, interviewers seemed to emphasize overall knowledge, problem-solving approach, and communication more than trying to pinpoint specific weaknesses.
  • Also applied to companies like Adobe across 10+ positions, including referrals from managers/senior managers, but did not get shortlisted.
