Takeaways
- In many India-based interview loops, interviews often felt focused on identifying gaps or failure points, though I also had several positive experiences.
- In overseas interview processes, interviewers seemed to emphasize overall knowledge, problem-solving approach, and communication more than trying to pinpoint specific weaknesses.
- Also applied to companies like Adobe across 10+ positions, including referrals from managers/senior managers, but did not get shortlisted.
