TC : 45 LPA (Base - 32 LPA, Bonus - 4LPA, Stocks - 9LPA approx)

YoE - 7.5 Years

Reason for leaving - No promotions, stagnant growth, too much politics

Offer Details

Microsoft, Noida

TC : 90 LPA (Base + Stocks + Bonus included)

Team : Azure Storage (Files Team)

I know the above number is also a lowball but its a significant jump over my current comp.

My only worry is the scene around layoffs. What if Microsoft announces layoffs mid year or something ?

Can someone give clarity on how layoff prone is this team ? What should be the way forward ? Or any other guidance which could help me in decision making.
