HI everyone, i recently received offer from visa for swe role :
previous compensation:
experience - 10 months (product based) 2024 passout from NITJ
base - 15 LPA
stocks - 20000$(25:25:25:25 vesting)

offered compensation:
base - 17LPA
PF - 1.02 LPA
Gratuity - 40K
Bonus - 10% of base
stocks - 18000$(20:20:60 vesting)

Is the offered compensation lowballed? I have seen offering them 18LPA to M.Tech college passouts. Also the stocks offered are lesser than previous company. I will add the interview experience as well in coming time.
