Hi everyone, according to recent posts on LeetCode Discuss, it seems that the Google hiring process has changed slightly for L4/SDE-3 roles.

Round 1 (virtual): DSA
Round 2 (virtual): Googliness
If cleared → 2 onsite rounds (both DSA)

I had a few questions:

1. Some people mentioned being asked system design in early rounds. Is system design now part of L4 interviews, or are those questions still purely DSA?
2. Any good resources to prepare for Googliness?
3. With 4.5–5 YOE, does DSA difficulty vary by experience?
4. Is there a minimum bar per round to reach team matching? How long does team matching usually take, and does it have a validity period?
5. What overall compensation can be expected for L4?
6. Are interviewers matched based on the programming language we choose?
7. Are pre-screen rounds harder or easier than onsite?
8. What’s the best way to prepare in the remaining 2–3 weeks?
9. Are both virtual rounds usually scheduled on the same day? And what about onsite rounds?
10. How long does it take to get results, and what’s the typical gap between virtual and onsite rounds?
11. Decision will be made based on only onsite rounds and googliness or first dsa virtual round feedback would also be counted?
