I recently received a verbal offer from Microsoft for an L61 role in Hyderabad, and I wanted to get some perspective from the community on whether this looks fair or if there’s room for negotiation.

Background
College: Tier 1
YOE: 3.5
Current Compensation:
22 LPA fixed
~10% performance bonus
~4 LPA RSUs

Offer Details (Verbal)
Base: 29 LPA
RSUs: 65K USD (over 4 years)
Joining Bonus: 6 LPA(3 LPA in Year 1 + 3 LPA in Year 2)
Performance Bonus: 0–20% (10% average)
Relocation Bonus: Standard

Would really appreciate insights from folks who have negotiated with Microsoft.
