Compensation Breakdown:

Base Salary: 43 LPA (including PF)
Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of base (8.15L max, 10–15% typical)
Joining Bonus: 6L total (4L in Year 1 + 2L in Year 2)
Relocation Bonus: 2.6L (Tax-paid by Microsoft)
RSUs: $80,000 USD over 4 years (25% vest in Year 1, remaining vested quarterly)
Total First-Year Compensation: ~71–73 LPA (Base + Bonus + RSUs + Joining Bonus + Relocation)
