Offer 1 — Microsoft (Bangalore)

Role: SDE-2 (L62)

Comp:
• Base: ₹38 LPA (incl. PF)
• Bonus: 0–20% (avg ~10% → ~₹3.8L)
• Joining Bonus: ₹5L (Y1) + ₹5L (Y2)
• RSUs: $110K (25% yearly vesting)

Year-1 CTC (approx):
38 + 3.8 + 5 + 22.5 = ~₹70 LPA

Offer 2 — Adobe (Noida)

Role: Computer Scientist-1

• Base: ₹36 LPA (incl. PF)
• Bonus: 15% → ~₹5.4L
• RSUs: $85K (25% yearly vesting)

Year-1 CTC:
36 + 5.4 + 17.5 = ~₹60 LPA

Adobe HR said they could match MS at best, but not beat it. I was already leaning toward MS, so didn’t negotiate further.

Offer 3 — Arctic Wolf (Bangalore)

Role: Senior Software Engineer

• Base: ₹56 LPA (incl. PF)
• Bonus: 5% → ~₹2.8L
• ESOPs: ₹17L total (25% yearly vesting)
• Total CTC: ~₹63 LPA
