I have a technical phone screen for Anthropic coming up. The process for me is:
- Technical Coding Screen (60 minutes)
- Virtual Onsite
a. Coding and design
b. Sys design
c. Conversation with Hiring Manager
For the technical coding screen, the recruiter mentioned it'd be practical and not leetcode style.
- How would you say the difficulty of the coding question was?
- Were the interviewers collaborative or they just sit there and watch?
- Any sort of special APIs or frameworks you need to study in advance?
