I have a technical phone screen for Anthropic coming up. The process for me is:

• Technical Coding Screen (60 minutes)
• Virtual Onsite
  a. Coding and design
  b. Sys design
  c. Conversation with Hiring Manager

For the technical coding screen, the recruiter mentioned it'd be practical and not leetcode style.

1. How would you say the difficulty of the coding question was?
2. Were the interviewers collaborative or they just sit there and watch?
3. Any sort of special APIs or frameworks you need to study in advance?
