Please help me with the decision with the below offer.

Current:
Company: Nutanix
Position: MTS-3
Location: Pune
Comp Structure: Base - 35.5 , Relocation Bonus: 2.6 , RSU: $30,000 (4 years)
First year comp ~ 44.8 LPA

Offer:
Company: Microsoft
Position: Software Engineer - II
Team: Agentic AI within Azure and Industry Copilot team
Location: Hyderabad
Comp Structure: Base - 32.0 , Relocation Bonus: 2.6 , Joining Bonus: 4.0, RSU: $90,000 (4 years), Annual bonus: 20% of Base Pay (Based on performance)
First year comp ~ 60.5 LPA

The base is less compared to my current comp, but there is quite a jump in RSUs. Also there is location change.

Is it a good offer? And does anyone have any idea about how this team is and it's products.
