I got an offer for sde 2 (L61) .I have 5.3 yrs of exp. Can i negotiate with recruiter for l62 role . I have competing offers but recruiter is mentioning levels are decided based on feedback.

can i negotiating levels. need inputs if someone had faced this

ctc- 75 around

Microsoft offer:

base- 34
stocks- 75k usd
joining bonus- 6 lpa
variable(20 percent)-- but people usually get 10 percent - 3.4 lakh

ctc- 61-62 around
