Hi all, interviewed recently for L62 position at Microsoft.

YOE: 3.5
Branch and College: CSE, NIT

Current:
Senior SDE at a Startup.
Base: 24L
Variable: 1.3L
JB: 1L

Offered:
Base: 32L
Variable: 3.2L
JB: 6L
Stocks: 80k(72L)

Tctc for 1 year:
32+3.2+6+18=59.2

The offer seems nice and I don't think I am getting robbed. Just was targetting for a base pay of 35 lpa. Shall I push it further? I don't have any other offer in hand currently.

I apperead for L62 but was offered L61, although all my interviews went well :(
