I recently received an offer from Morgan Stanley for the P2 – Associate role.
I have 2.4 years of backend experience (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices).

Here is the compensation breakup as discussed with HR:

💰 Compensation Breakdown

Base Salary: ₹21 LPA
EPF: ₹1.26 LPA
Year-End Bonus: ₹3.15 LPA
Joining Bonus: ₹1.50 LPA
Relocation Bonus: ₹4.75 LPA
➡️ Final First-Year Compensation: ₹31.66 LPA

❓ Is this standard pay?

Is this Standard for P2 Associate a good offer for 2–3 YOE Or if I am being low-balled compared to market standards

Would appreciate any insights from people currently at Morgan Stanley or those who have offers for similar roles/experience.
