Applied randomly on their page. Very slow, over 2 months just for this after a lot of back and forth with TA for every round.

R1 - 1 hr - Background discussion with 2 managers.

R2 - Take Home Asg. (1hr) - Had to write some Azure Function.

R3 - Director (1hr) - open ended design questions.
Didn't connect well with the director. Got rejected with "found better person locally"
