Current Compensation:
Base: 18.5 LPA

Salesforce (MTS):
Base: 30 LPA
Annual bonus: 10%
RSUs: $54K USD/4 years
Relocation-2.5L , no joining bonus.

Intuit (SDE-2):
Base: 33 LPA
Annual bonus: 12.5%
Joining Bonus: 4L + Relocation for 30 days
RSUs: $40K USD/4 years
