I recently applied for a Roblox internship and got an invitation to some assessment that included four tasks. The first two were just problem solving games, the third was a decision making, where I had to choose what I’d do in certain situations, and the last one had two LeetCode-style questions. I solve both problems problems under 10 minutes without any wrong answers, but I still got rejected. I’m guessing I performed very poorly on the other tasks, or maybe it’s because I’m a first year in uni but I’d love to get some insights in what they usually looks for in these assessments.
