Applied for a Full Stack Dev (SDE2 level I guess but their website just said FSD), had to bump up the level to SSE because of current pay.

R1 (1hr, CodeSignal) - OA (2 LC questions, 1 easy and 1 med-hard)

R2 (45m, Zoom) - Open Ended HLD + Resume Walkthrough with an SSE

R3 (45m, Zoom) - DSA (1 easy, 1 medium LC, won't name)

Status: Rejected
Overall Process: 2 weeks due to rescheduling

Both went well, but I got a rejection mail 2 days after R3 (with feedback, in this economy). They wanted some AI experience, I didn't have any and someone senior.
