Current Total Compensation : ~ 36 LPA
Current company : Non-FAANG
Current Profile : Lead Eng

Company: Salesforce
Title/Level: LMTS
Offered: 63 LPA (Base)
RSU Stock Grant: $101K stock grant to be vested over 4 years period
Annual Bonus: 15% of Base Salary every year
Total comp (Salary + Bonus + Stock): ~94.4 LPA
Benefits: Standard Salesforce Benefits

Should I negotiate this ?
If yes, what are the areas I can negotiate ?

Update:
After negotiation, below are the updated figures:
Offered : 66 LPA (Base)
RSU Stock Grant : $112K
Other things remained the same as mentioned above.
Seems like, they have reduced new hire comps a little. I heard more or less similar figures from others.

Status : Offer accepted.
