Interview Process

I received the interview call through a referral on LinkedIn.

Round 1:

• 2 medium-level DSA questions.

Round 2:

• Implement LRU Cache.

Round 3:

• Elevator low-level design.

Round 4:

• Distributed Counter system design.
• Common HLD questions.
• Questions around PostgreSQL vs. MySQL and Kafka.

Verdict:

• Hire

Compensation Details:

• Fixed Salary: 44 LPA (including PF)
• Joining Bonus: 2 Lakh

Decision:

I had to reject this offer, as the compensation was just meeting my current compensation.
