I Recently received an MTS2 Offer from Adobe Noida.

Currenct TC : 20 base, 1.6 bonus, 1 retirals.

Compensation Details: -

• Base: 23 lakhs
• Bonus: 2.3 lakhs
• Stocks: 55000 USD (25%,25%,25%,25%)
• Retirals: 1.31 lakhs PF and 52 thousand gratuity.

Total Compensation : 39 lakhs.

I read a few other offers stating Adobe's pay for MTS2 to be around 42-43 lakhs, but for the BLR location.

Am I being lowballed. Your suggestions would help.
