Recently, I applied for the position mentioned in the title and received an invitation to take the OA on CodeSignal. I completed it—the OA had four DSA questions.

The first two were easy simulation problems.

The third was a medium-level multi-source BFS followed by a two-pointer step.

The fourth involved dictionary usage and preprocessing with offline queries.

The total time was 70 minutes. I finished all the questions with 16 minutes remaining and scored 600/600.

Despite passing the OA, I didn’t make it to the interview stage. I received the following response:

Honestly, this feels like they are wasting our time. If someone clears the OA but doesn’t even get an interview, what’s the point? It seems ridiculous. Has anyone here actually gone through their recruitment process and managed to secure an interview?
